Dependable power infrastructure, delivered with discipline
Elarvion Power delivers power-infrastructure solutions through disciplined project management, responsible procurement, technical coordination, and strong client relationships. A major power project may involve engineering teams in one location, equipment manufactured in another, logistics providers moving critical components internationally, and contractors working at the destination. Our role is to coordinate those moving parts.
- Safety, quality and schedule owned in one place
- Engineering, procurement and logistics coordinated end to end
- Clear reporting from assessment to handover
Accountability
We take responsibility for the work entrusted to us.
Technical Discipline
Infrastructure decisions should be supported by sound engineering, appropriate standards, and accurate project information.
Clear Communication
Complex projects perform better when responsibilities, risks, decisions, and expectations are understood.
Problem Solving
Unexpected challenges require timely decisions and practical solutions.
One project, one coordinated delivery strategy
Every engagement follows the same delivery model: assess, develop, procure, mobilize, deliver, commission. Specialist engineering, procurement, commercial, construction and commissioning responsibilities are coordinated through qualified professionals according to the requirements of each project.
The standards behind every delivery
Safety
No commercial or scheduling objective takes priority over protecting people.
Quality
Equipment must not simply be installed. Systems must be properly inspected, tested, documented, and commissioned.
Relationships
Strong projects are built through professional relationships with clients, engineers, suppliers, contractors, and field teams.
Project Risk
Identify critical risks early, establish clear ownership, maintain contingency planning, and respond quickly.
Supply Chain
The correct equipment. At the correct location. At the correct stage of the project.
Emergency Response
Accelerated projects require close coordination between sourcing, logistics, installation, and commissioning.
Seth Reedy Halvorsen
Founder & Managing Director
Seth Reedy Halvorsen provides executive oversight across project development, contracts, procurement, client relationships, project mobilization, international logistics, risk management, and final project delivery.
“Large infrastructure projects ultimately come down to responsibility. You have to understand the risks, bring capable people together, communicate clearly, and deal with problems when they arise rather than allowing them to become larger.”
Where it started
Seth's interest in engineering began with his father, Erik Halvorsen, an electrical engineer and industrial project supervisor whose work took in power stations, industrial facilities, and major electrical installations.
Because that work sometimes meant international travel, Seth was around engineering environments from an early age. During school holidays he occasionally joined his father on site — and was drawn in by the construction sites, the technical meetings, the heavy equipment, and the way engineers from different disciplines worked together.
His father taught him that engineering was more than calculations. It demanded discipline, responsibility, communication, patience, and the ability to make hard decisions when problems arose.
Those early lessons shaped Seth's decision to pursue engineering professionally. His father later passed away, but the lessons stayed — and they are the standard Elarvion Power is run to.
