- Coordinate purchases with qualified manufacturers and specialist suppliers
- Track manufacturing schedules and factory documentation
- Arrange factory inspections and pre-shipment verification
- Plan freight, shipping documentation, and customs coordination
- Track deliveries and sequence arrivals against the site schedule
Requirements
- Four years or more in technical procurement or project logistics
- Familiarity with international freight and customs processes
- Comfortable reading equipment specifications and vendor documents
- Organized and accurate under schedule pressure
