Scope. 10 MW of containerized temporary generation with fuel logistics and grid-connection works — mobilized for a confidential utility to cover a seasonal capacity shortfall.
Delivery. An accelerated program: sourcing, shipping, installation and commissioning ran as parallel workstreams under one project team, with daily reporting against the mobilization plan.
Outcome. Capacity was available for the contracted period, and demobilization and site reinstatement were completed on schedule.
